This was a great experience Pam and jiggers are very polite and Knowledgable . They explained which would be better inside or outside storage. I went with the inside storage. There is a small lip to get into the unit but no problem. I have talked to the RC centre and they have very little knowledge to what’s there but this was a great experience. Definitely recommend and be back to rent here again. Have a great day you guys

We used Access Storage to store our full size truck while we were traveling overseas for winter. Pam and Jigger at the Diefenbaker Ave branch were fantastic from the get-go. Jigger showed us options and even let us try parking the truck in the unit to see if it fits. Pam, the manager, was very accommodating as well and helped us address any concerns that arose during the contract signing. The cost for the services we received (with their 4week free promo) is very much worth it. Just for the service received alone, they will be our first choice should we need storage facilities again the future. Kudos to the team!
